Isn’t a wonderful experience to stay on a so comfortable place? In Terre del Sud every detail, color, nuance are studied to take care of you, to make you feel good, in order to benefit of a simple and special well-being. The B&B is situated in the third floor of a building where our family lives.

All the rooms have air conditioned/heating, private bathroom with hairdryer, TV, and wi.fi. Beds and mattresses are of the best quality in order to ensure comfortable sleeping to the guests.

It is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and we offer smoking areas outside. Bath towels, bed sheets, daily cleaning and tidying up are already included in the price, apart from the change of bed sheets twice a week.

AIR è is for people who would like to “breath”, who look for the freedom sensation and want to escape from every constraint trying to keeping into communication with Life through distraction, fun and happiness.This room is thought for those people who are in search of a new way of living and need to find inspiration,and freedom.
